Client Experience Specialist
Shannon’s role as a Client Experience Specialist here at Chapman & Co. is vital to the success of our day-to-day work. She works to support all clients – whether internal or external, to ensure that trainings run smoothly, projects are completed, and team experiences are impactful.
Bringing her service-minded attitude, she enjoys being her team’s “cheerleader” and ensuring they have what they need in order to be successful. She previously has led admissions for a local St. Louis high school and is well-equipped at leading and collaborating others.
Shannon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Management from Saint Louis University.Meet the rest of the team
